AnkoorSaf provides international air freight and logistics services, including transportation, customs brokerage, and related support, from Canada to Nigeria and vice versa.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, including contents, value, and recipient details.
- You must ensure your shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Canada, Nigeria, and transit countries. Prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary export/import licenses or permits.
4. Quotes, Payments, and Invoicing
- Quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied and are valid for a limited period.
- Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, customs duties, and taxes.
- Payment terms are as specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur fees and result in service suspension.
5. Liability and Limitations
- AnkoorSaf will exercise reasonable care in handling shipments.
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited as per our standard trading conditions and applicable law, typically to a specified amount per kilogram or a declared value for which additional insurance was purchased.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, air traffic control, or other force majeure events.
6. Insurance
Basic carrier liability is limited. We strongly recommend purchasing full shipment insurance, which can be arranged through AnkoorSaf for comprehensive coverage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics) is the property of AnkoorSaf Solutions Inc. and is protected by copyright. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
